Where can I find the return label?
We have sent you a UPS return label with your order. In case you no longer have the label, you can download a new one by completing the return request. If you have an account, log in and find the order in your order history. After requesting the return, a return label will be generated in your Order Status under "Return". If you placed your order as a guest, simply go to "track/return your order" at the bottom of the site and follow the same procedure. In case it is not ready immediately, please keep in mind it can take 24h for the label to generate. Please note, if the return has passed the 30 day return window you will need to contact customer service as the return label will no longer be available to you.
