  • How does Afterpay work?

    Afterpay is a buy now, pay later payment method offering shoppers the option to pay in 4 interest free installments every 2 weeks. Simply add items to your shopping bag and chose Afterpay as a payment method at the checkout.

    Please note in order for your purchase to be eligible for Afterpay, the order value must be between $1 and $1000. You cannot purchase gift cards with this payment method. However, if you have an E-Gift Card and you're spending more than its value, you can pay the remaining balance of your order using AfterPay.

    All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

  • If I return an item purchased using Afterpay how do I get refunded?

    If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase, and you will be refunded. Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. If you have returned an order in its entirety and the full amount of the order is refunded, any upcoming payments will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with. The same principles apply if you’ve returned a portion of an order and received a partial refund. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.

  • What happens if I can’t make an Afterpay installment?

  • Why does my payment seem charged twice?

    There is a difference between a payment authorization and charge: when you make an online order there is always the payment authorization. An authorization is a pending payment or an amount reserved in a payment account. It is not a real charge and is usually shown in the pending charges section of credit cards. The actual charge is only made when the garments come out physically from our warehouse.

  • Is registration necessary to order online?

    It is not necessary to be registered, you can always place your order as a guest.

  • When is the amount charged on my credit card?

    If you pay by credit card, you will be charged when your goods are leaving our warehouse. Depending on your bank, you may be charged a foreign transaction fee by the bank. If you have further questions you will need to contact your bank directly.

  • Can I place an order by phone?

  • Where can I find my Invoice?

    Your invoice is ready for download in the "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" area on our website if you placed the order as a guest. If you have an account, please log in and visit your order history to find your invoice.
