• What is "My Intimissimi" loyalty card and why sign up?

    The "My Intimissimi" loyalty card is our loyalty program. The program provides exclusive advantages for the cardholders and will give the customer the possibility of reaching 3 different STATUSES by accumulating points through purchases both in our stores and online (after logging into your account).   • How do I sign up to "My Intimissimi"?

    -You can ask to sign up in your local store. You’ll receive an email with your virtual loyalty card. You can view this card at any time by heading to your online account and it will also appear in all correspondence relating to the loyalty scheme. You can save your loyalty card in your wallet on your mobile phone so you always have it to hand.
    -You can sign up online. Create an account and sign up to our loyalty scheme. If you already have an account with us, simply head to the My Account section and sign up to the loyalty scheme from there.
    -You can contact Customer Service.

  • I cannot complete the "My Intimissimi" loyalty card registration via the website, how can I proceed?

    Contact our Customer Service by email, chat or toll-free number.

  • How to collect points on my "My Intimissimi" card?

    If you go to the store, remember to identify yourself before issuing the receipt by presenting your ""My Intimissimi"" Card or indicating your surname and name used to activate it.
    If you place an online order, you must log in to your "My Intimissimi" account before completing the order. One (1) point will be earned for every whole U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent, rounded down to the nearest dollar (e.g., $1.99 = 1 point).
    Loyalty points will be connected to your card for every purchase in one of the "Intimissimi" sales points participating in the initiative. You can find the complete rules in our Loyalty terms and conditions.

  • When will the points accumulated on my "My Intimissimi" card be displayed?

    The points will be loaded and accounted for by the system from 24h to 15 days following the date of the transaction (online and in stores). In case the points are not visible to you after this period, check that the card has been correctly associated with the last purchase (if in-store). If the purchase has not been correctly associated with the card or your account, the points will not be accounted for.

  • I’ve lost my loyalty card, what should I do?

    If you’ve lost your loyalty card or it has been stolen, you can request a replacement at any Intimissimi or Intimissimi Uomo store, or by contacting Customer Services. Once your identity has been verified, the lost/stolen card will be cancelled and you’ll receive a new virtual one immediately. All the points you previously collected and did not yet use will be on this new card.Please remember that you can always access your loyalty card in the My Account section of your online account

  • How do I unsubscribe from the loyalty scheme "My Intimissimi"?

    You can unsubscribe from the loyalty scheme at any time, either yourself by heading to My Account, or by contacting Customer Services.
