It is a loyalty program which, through a collection of points on a card called "My Intimissimi", provides exclusive advantages for the cardholders and will give the customer the possibility of reaching 3 different STATUSES by accumulating points through purchases both in our stores and online (after logging into your account). We inform you that you can register in two ways:
- VIA WEB SITE:
if you have registered correctly on our site, within 24 hours of registration you will receive an email with the codes of the virtual card. If you wish to convert your virtual card into a physical card, you can go to the store nearest you and request a replacement. We remind you that registration must be made directly from our Intimissimi site.
- IN INTIMISSIMI STORES
After obtaining the card, you can activate it by registering online. Keep in mind you have to use the same e-mail and phone number for the registration that you used in the store.

If you go to the store, remember to identify yourself before issuing the receipt by
presenting your ""My Intimissimi"" Card or indicating your surname and name used to
If you place an online order, you must log in to your "My Intimissimi" account before completing the order. One (1) point will be earned for every whole U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent, rounded down to the nearest dollar (e.g., $1.99 = 1 point).
Loyalty points will be connected to your card for every purchase in one of the "Intimissimi" sales points participating in the initiative. You can find the complete rules in our Loyalty terms and conditions.
The points will be loaded and accounted for by the system from 24h to 15 days following the date of the transaction (online and in stores). In case the points are not visible to you after this period, check that the card has been correctly associated with the last purchase (if in-store). If the purchase has not been correctly associated with the card or your account, the points will not be accounted for.
You can request to be unsubscribed from the loyalty program at any time, by contacting our Customer Service.
In case of loss or theft of your "My Intimissimi" Card, you will have to go to one of the "Intimissimi" or "Intimissimi Uomo" stores to request a replacement card: the point of sale will verify the identification data, the lost Card will be canceled and you will immediately receive a new one that will allow you to recover any points already accumulated and not used.
