  • How can I return items from an online order?

    On Intimissimi.com you have the opportunity to return the products with the carrier.
    Follow the steps below:

    • 1 Apply the return label provided in your box to the outside of your package.
    • 2 Drop off your return at a UPS location or arrange the pick-up date with UPS, who will pick up the products directly from your address. Intimissimi will cover the return costs from your address to our warehouse.
    • 3 You will be refunded through the original payment method once your items arrive to our warehouse and your return has been approved.
    • 4 If you would like for the return to be processed faster, you can also fill out the return request which is in your order status .
  • Where can I find the return label?

    We have sent you a UPS return label with your order. In case you no longer have the label, you can download a new one by completing the return request. If you have an account, log in and find the order in your order history. After requesting the return, a return label will be generated in your Order Status under "Return". If you placed your order as a guest, simply go to "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" and follow the same procedure. In case it is not ready immediately, please keep in mind it can take 24h for the label to generate. Please note, if the return has passed the 30 day return window you will need to contact customer service as the return label will no longer be available to you.

  • Can I return several different orders in the same package?

    Please return each order separately with the corresponding return label in order for the refund to be processed correctly.

  • I have ordered the wrong size/item/color for my purchase, can I change it?

    At the moment this is not a possibility. You will need to return your item once received. You will get a refund and then you can place a new order with the desired products. However, if you wish to cancel your order instead you have 15 minutes following the order confirmation to do so. You can cancel your order either on the order status or in your account profile.

  • I have already filled in the return-form online and want to change it, what can I do?

    The return form cannot be modified after it has been completed. However, if you have forgotten to include any of the articles or you wish to remove others, you can add/remove them from the package before giving it to the delivery company. In this case, you will have to contact the Customer Service after you receive a refund for the items that were on the return form. Please make sure that all the articles you wish to return are sent back in a single shipment.

  • Do I have to pay to return my order?

    We are happy to announce that we offer free returns on all orders.

  • Can I return or exchange online order in-store?

    At the moment it not possible to return or change an online order in a store.

  • Where can I ship my return?

    If you are instructed by one of our customer service agents to create your own return label, please address the return to our warehouse located at 442 Avenue P, Newark, NJ 07105.
