You can check the status of the order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your "My Calzedonia" account. If you have not registered with Calzedonia.com, you can directly access the FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN section. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated at the time of purchase. In this section, you can check and monitor your order through the "track shipment" section.
The price for 48-hour UPS Express shipping is 8,95 €. The price for standard delivery with Spring courier is 4.95 €. Delivery is free for the orders above 80€ and for "My Intimissimi" loyalty program members. The price for delivery to UPS pick-up point is 6,95 €.
Order before 14:00 (Italian time) and your goods will be delivered at your chosen
address within 48 hours (express shipping and pick-up point) or within 4 working days
(standard shipping). Any order placed after that time will be dispatched on the next
business day.
We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday,
etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous
efforts to comply with the established deadlines.
The modification of orders is, unfortunately, not possible in our system. You have the possibility to cancel your order directly from Order Status within 15 minutes from the purchase. We remind you that the order cancellation is not possible for orders paid with Gift card. If you do not want to keep the goods, you can send the order back for free upon receipt. Yes, you can always change your mind on intimissimi.com and return the items free of charge through the online return procedure that you can find on your order status page. The returned items must be sent to Calzedonia SpA in a single shipment. You'll be refunded in no time via the payment method you originally used to make your purchase.
Shortly after filling out the return form on your Order Status page, you will be able to download the return label which will allow you to return your items completely free of charge.
You will be refunded through the original payment method. The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from your return request (for orders purchased with a credit card and PayPal and provided that we have received the returned items or that you have given us a proof of having sent them to us) or alternatively, after you will deliver the returned products to the courier or to a pick up point.
