  • How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

    The price for express home delivery with UPS Carrier is €8.95, while express delivery to a UPS pick-up point costs €6.95. Standard home delivery costs €5.50 and standard delivery to a pick-up point is €4.50. SPRING Carrier will provide standard deliveries to both home and PostNL pick-up points. Shipping is free for "My Intimissimi" loyalty program members and orders over €90.

  • What is delivery time for my online order?

    Order before 14:00 and your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 48 hours (express shipping) or within 4 working days (standard shipping). Any order placed after that time will be dispatched on the next business day.
    We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

  • How can I track my order?

    You can check the status of the order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your "My Intimissimi" account. If you have not registered with Intimissimi.com, you can directly access the "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" section.   • Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

    Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.
