• What is "My Intimissimi" loyalty card and why sign up?

    It is a loyalty programme which, through a collection of points on a card called "My Intimissimi", provides exclusive advantages for the cardholders and will give the customer the possibility of reaching 3 different STATUSES by accumulating points through purchases both in our stores and online (after logging into your account).   • How do I sign up to "My Intimissimi"?

    We inform you that you can register in two ways:

    - VIA WEB SITE: You can sign up to the My Intimissimi programme online, if you have registered correctly on our website, you will receive an email with the codes of the virtual card within 24 hours of registration.
    We remind you that registration must be made directly from our Intimissimi site at the link.

    - IN INTIMISSIMI STORES You can sign up to the loyalty programme in stores with the assistance of the store staff at the till

  • I can not complete "My intimissimi" loyalty card registration via the website, how can I proceed?

    Contact our customer service to register the card.

  • When will the points accumulated on my "My Intimissimi" card be displayed?

    The points will be loaded and accounted for by the system from 24h to 15 days following the date of the transaction (online and in stores). If after 15 days the points are still not visible in your account, please check that the card has been correctly associated with the last purchase (if in-store).. If the purchase has not been correctly associated with the card or your account, the points will therefore not be accounted for.

  • If I make an exchange in the store or an online return, will the points I acquired be taken back?

    As indicated by our regulation, returns will be charged for points according to the same points accreditation criteria. For more details, you can consult the regulation at the following link.

  • If I make a purchase using a gift card, will my points be credited to me?

    The purchaser of the "Intimissimi Gift Card" will generate the points. As a result, purchases paid partially or in full with the Gift Card will therefore not generate any credit points for the value of the order. You can find the complete regulation at the following link.

  • I lost my My Intimissimi card, what should I do?

    If you have lost your physical "My Intimissimi" Card, you can go to any of the "Intimissimi" and "IUMAN Intimissimi Uomo" stores to request a replacement: the point of sale will verify the identification data, the lost Card will be cancelled and you will immediately receive a new one that will allow you to recover any points already accumulated and not used. You can now download your My Intimissimi card and add it to your Apple Wallet, preventing you from losing it.

  • How can I unsubscribe from the "My Intimissimi" programme?

    You can request to unsubscribe from the loyalty programme at any time by contacting our Customer Service.
