  • How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

    The price for standard home and pick-up-point delivery is £3.95. The price for express home and pick-up-point delivery is £5.95.
    The standard shipping is always free for "My Intimissimi" loyalty program members and for orders over £70.

  • What is delivery timeline for my online order?

    Standard shipment to pick-up point with EVRI will arrive in 2 - 3 working days. Express shipping to pick-up point with EVRI will arrive within 1 - 2 working days.

    Standard home delivery with Royal Mail will arrive within 2 - 3 working days. Express home delivery with Royal Mail will arrive within 1 - 2 working days. If you order by 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday with next-day delivery, we aim to have your order with you by 8 p.m. the next working day. Service is subject to the courier, and we cannot always guarantee it.

    Any order placed at the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
    You get free standard delivery for any order over £70.
    We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

  • How can I track my order?

    The tracking number can be found by going to "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN". Please note that tracking updates will be available when your order is within UK territory.

  • Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

    Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

  • Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

    No, make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.

In-store pickup
  • Can I have my order sent to an Intimissimi store?

    While placing your order, simply select your chosen store at the checkout.
    Delivery to the store is free for all customers with no minimum spend.
    The estimated delivery time at the point of sale is 2-4 working days from the date of shipment from our warehouse.
    You will receive an e-mail as soon as your package has been delivered at the store you have selected. Items will be held for 10 days.

  • I requested in-store delivery. How long does it take for my order to arrive at the store?

    The estimated delivery time to the store is up to 5 working days. We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

  • I did not pick up my online order sent to the store on time, how do I receive a refund?

    After the 10 days time available for collection, your order will be cancelled and you will receive an email informing you of the refund that will be completed through the original payment method. The display of the refund may vary depending on the timing of your reference bank.
