  • How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

    The price for a standard delivery is £4.00. Hermes is the carrier for your delivery. The standard shipping is always free for "My Intimissimi" loyalty club members and for orders over £75.
    The price for a 48-hour express delivery is £9.50. UPS is the carrier for your delivery.
    Due to UK border changes, deliveries and refunds are suffering temporary delays. We would like you to inform you that any shipping costs paid upon checkout already include import duties, and there are not any additional fees to pay to receive your parcel.

  • What is delivery timeline for my online order?

    Standard shipment to your delivery address with Hermes is guaranteed within 10 working days for all orders placed before 2 pm Monday through Friday. All orders placed after this time will leave our warehouse the following working day.
    Express shipment to your delivery address with UPS for all orders placed before 2 PM (Italian time) will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours. Any orders made after that time will leave our warehouses on the next business day. You get free standard delivery for any order over 75£.
    We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

  • How can I track my order?

    The tracking number can be found by going to "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN". Please note that tracking updates will be available when your order is within UK territory.

  • Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

    Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

  • Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

    No, make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.

  • The tracking page of my order shows that my parcel is in "pre-transit". What does this mean?

    If you received the shipment confirmation of your order to your e-mail and the tracking page shows that the order is in "pre-transit" status, this means that your order is still on its way to the UK. As soon as it arrives to the UK territory and is scanned, you will be able to track your order without any problem. We kindly ask for a little bit of patience!

  • Do I need to pay additional import duties?

    If you pay extra import duties, please keep your proof of payment and contact Customer Service for assistance.
