Follow the steps below:
You can find the label by simply going to the homepage, clicking on "Follow your order/return" and then enter your order number and last name. Select "Return" and then click on the "Download the label" box.
Please, contact UPS Customer Service to arrange another pickup date. You can also return your package with the same return label to a UPS Access Point.
Please return each order separately with the corresponding return label in order for the refund to be processed correctly.
You will be refunded through the original payment method. The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from your return request (for orders paid with a credit card and PayPal and provided that we have received the returned items or that you have given us a proof of having sent them to us) or alternatively, after you will deliver the returned products to the courier.
After your return is approved, you will be refunded for the instalments already charged, while the instalments not yet charged will be canceled. In case of a partial return, the refund amount will be deducted from the remaining instalments and you will be refunded the rest if necessary.
In this case, we ask you to provide us with your bank account details.
