INTIMISSIMI E-GIFT CARD CONDITIONS for use from 15.05.2026

1. Overview

GIFT CARD
A nameless card issued in stores. It is collected by the Customer upon purchase and can be used on the website or in the brand stores indicated on the card (excluding outlet and factory stores).
E-GIFT CARD
A nameless card that can be purchased online from the website. It is sent by e-mail to the recipient indicated upon purchase and can be used on the website or in the brand stores indicated on the card (excluding outlet and factory stores).
RETURN CARD
A nameless card issued online or in stores when a Customer exercises their right to return an item. It can be used on the website or in the brand stores indicated on the card (excluding outlet and factory stores).
(Gift cards, e-gift cards and return cards are hereinafter also jointly referred to as the “Cards”). The Cards may not all be available in the country of reference.

2. Validity

The Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issuance.
After the expiry date, any remaining balance will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or redeemed.
The Card balance and expiry date can be checked on the Intimissimi website and in Intimissimi retail stores.

Card Value

Gift Cards and E‑Gift Cards may be purchased for values between £30 and £1,000.
Promotions, discounts or promotional codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift and E-Gift Cards Card.
Cards are intended for personal, non-commercial use only and cannot be reloaded once issued.

Using the Card

Cards may be redeemed:
• online at www.intimissimi.com; or
• at participating Intimissimi retail stores in the United Kingdom.
Full Payment Requirement:
Cards must be used as full payment for a single transaction. They cannot be combined with any other payment method, including cash, debit/credit cards, vouchers, promotional codes, or other gift cards.
If the total purchase price exceeds the value of the Card, the Card cannot be used for that transaction.
Cards cannot be used to purchase other Cards.
The value on a Card does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another card.
The Cards cannot be reloaded.

5. Refunds and Returns

Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where required by law.
Where goods purchased using a Card are returned in accordance with the returns policy, refunds will normally be issued in the form of Return Card.

6. Loss, Theft or Damage

Cards should be treated as cash equivalents. The provider is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of a Card.
Cards that appear to have been tampered with, altered or fraudulently obtained may be refused or cancelled.

7. Fraud and Misuse

A Card or any transaction involving a Card can be refused, suspended or cancelled where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or a breach of these Terms.
Additional verification may be required before permitting the use of a Card.

8. Unauthorised Resale

Cards are intended for personal gifting and individual use only.
Cards may not be resold, traded, or distributed for commercial or promotional purposes without the provider’s prior written consent. Cards obtained through unauthorised resale channels may be cancelled or refused.

9. Technical Issues

The provider is not responsible for temporary technical issues, system interruptions or website failures that may prevent the use of a Card.
In the event of a system or processing error affecting the Card balance or redemption, the provider reserves the right to correct the balance where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights.

10. Right to Cancel (Online purchases)

If you purchase a E-Gift Card online as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, provided that the E-Gift Card has not been redeemed.

11. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with the purchase or use of a Card will be processed in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes relating to the Cards shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any changes will not affect Cards already purchased or the statutory rights of consumers.
