• Can I have my order sent to a Intimissimi store?

  Yes, before proceeding to payment select "In store pick-up" and search for your nearest store.

• I requested in-store delivery. How long does it take for my order to arrive at the store?

  The estimated delivery time to the store is 3-4 business days. During the sale period and holidays, it can take longer due to an increased number of orders.

• How can I track my in-store order?

  There is no tracking number for in-store delivered orders. You can check the status of your order in the "Follow your order/Make a return" option on the website.

• What should I present in store to collect my order?

  Please come to the store with your identity document and print out or show on your phone the confirmation email.

• Can I send someone else to pick up my order?

  Any person can come to the store and pick up the order with the printed confirmation email and a copy of your identity card.

• I did not pick up my online order sent to the store on time, how do I receive a refund?

  After the 10 days time available for collection, you will receive an email informing you of the refund of your order through the same payment method used when placing the order. The display of the crediting may vary depending on the timing of your reference bank.

COURIER DELIVERY

• How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

  The price for a standard delivery is 4,95 € and it's free for orders over 80 €. The price for express delivery is 9,50 €. UPS is the carrier for your delivery. If you select delivery to an Intimissimi store, shipping is free.

• What is the delivery time for my online order?

  When choosing express delivery, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days, and with standard delivery within 6-7 business days. During some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order might be delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

• How can I track my order?

  The tracking number can be found by entering the order number and your surname in the Follow your order/Make a return section and clicking on "TRACK DELIVERY" or in your account .

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

  No, make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.

• Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

  Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.
