• How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

  The price for a 48-hour express delivery is €8.95. The price for a standard delivery is €4.95. UPS is the carrier for your delivery.

• What is delivery time for my online order?

  Order before 14:00 (Italian time) and your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 48 hours (express delivery) or within 6 working days (standard delivery). Any order placed after that time will be dispatched on the next business day. We would also like to inform you that during the holidays and the sales period, your purchase could be delayed on shipping. We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

• How can I track my order?

  The tracking number can be found by going to "Follow your order/return" option on the website.

• Can I place an online order and send it to a different country from my own?

  Make sure you place your order from the Calzedonia website of the same country you would like for it to be shipped to. Also remember that the billing and shipping addresses have to be in the same country.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

  No, make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.
