• How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

  The cost of the standard home delivery and standard delivery to a pick-up point is 49 kr. and free for any order over 660 kr. Express home delivery is 69 kr. PostNord will be your courier.

• What is delivery time for my online order?

  Delivery for orders placed before 9 am is made by the courier within 4 working days for standard home delivery/standard delivery to a pick-up point and within 3 working days for express home delivery. All orders placed after that time will be processed on the following business day. During some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order might be delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

• How can I track my order?

  The tracking number can be found by going to "TRACK/RETURN YOUR ORDER" option on the website or in your account.

• Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

  Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?
