• Can I have my order sent to an Intimissimi store?

  While placing your order, make sure to select a store. Delivery at the store is free. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your package has been delivered at the store you have selected.

• I requested in-store delivery. How long does it take for my order to arrive at the store?

  The estimated delivery time to the store is up to 5 working days. We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

• I did not pick up my online order sent to the store on time, how do I receive a refund?

  After the 10 days time available for collection, you will receive an email informing you of the re-credit of your order through the same payment method used when entering the order. The display of the crediting may vary depending on the timing of your reference bank.

• How much is the shipping and who delivers my order?

  Standard delivery with UPS is €4.95 (free for "My Intimissimi" loyalty program members). You will receive free shipping for any order over €80. Price for 48-hour UPS Express delivery is €8.95 and €6.95 for a delivery to a UPS Express pick-up point.

• What is delivery time for my online order?

  Order before 14:00 (Italian time) and your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 48 hours (express delivery and pick-up point) or within 4 working days (standard delivery). Any order placed after that time will be dispatched on the next business day.
  We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

• How can I track my order?

  The tracking number can be found by going to FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN page.

• Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

  Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

  No, make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.

• I entered the wrong shipping address, how can I change it?

  At the moment it is not yet possible to change the shipping address of an order. We suggest you contact our Customer Service providing your order number and the correct address: we will take care of communicating the new shipping address to the courier.
