• What is "My Intimissimi" loyalty card and why sign up?

    It is a loyalty program which, through a collection of points on a card called "My Intimissimi", provides exclusive advantages for the cardholders and will give the customer the possibility of reaching 3 different STATUSES by accumulating points through purchases both in our stores and online (after logging into your account).   • How do I sign up to "My Intimissimi"?

    -You can ask to sign up in your local store. You’ll receive an email with your virtual loyalty card. You can view this card at any time by heading to your online account and it will also appear in all correspondence relating to the loyalty scheme. You can save your loyalty card in your wallet on your mobile phone so you always have it to hand.
    -You can sign up online. Create an account and sign up to our loyalty scheme. If you already have an account with us, simply head to the My Account section and sign up to the loyalty scheme from there.
    -You can contact Customer Services on 0454520013 (There is a fee to call this number. You will be charged the same rate as when you make calls within Italy and this depends on your network provider.)

  • When will the points accumulated on my "My Intimissimi" card be displayed?

    The points will be loaded and accounted for by the system from 24h to 15 days following the date of the transaction (online and in stores). If after 15 days the points are still not visible in your account, please check that the card has been correctly associated with the last purchase (if in-store).. If the purchase has not been correctly associated with the card or your account, the points will therefore not be accounted for.

  • If I make an exchange in the store or an online return, will the points I acquired be taken back?

    As indicated by our regulation, returns will be charged for points according to the same points accreditation criteria. For more details, you can consult the regulation at the following link.

  • I can't finish registering my loyalty card via the website. What should I do?

    Contact our customer service to register the card.

  • How do I collect points on my "My Intimissimi" card?

    You can collect points when you buy in Intimissimi shops and online at www.intimissimi.com. If you visit the shop, remember to identify yourself by presenting your "My Intimissimi" card or by indicating your surname and the first name used to activate it.
    If you place an order online, you must log in to your account/customer area before completing the order. Points will be accumulated once payment has been made. In Belgium, each euro spent in points of sale participating in the Loyalty Programme and on www.intimissimi.com will earn one point.
    Loyalty points will be automatically accumulated on the activated card. The points counter will be incremented according to the following scale: the amount spent per purchase will be rounded down to the nearest whole number if it includes decimals.

  • I’ve lost my loyalty card, what should I do?

    In case of loss or theft of your "My Intimissimi" Card, you will have to go to any of the "Intimissimi" and "IUMAN Intimissimi Uomo" stores of the initiative to request replacement: the point of sale will verify the identification data, the lost Card will be cancelled and you will immediately receive a new one that will allow you to recover any points already accumulated and not used.

  • How do I unsubscribe from the loyalty scheme "My Intimissimi"?

    You can unsubscribe from the loyalty scheme at any time, either yourself by heading to My Account, or by contacting Customer Services.
