• How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

  The price for standard delivery is HK$28. Deliveries are always free of charge for purchases over HK$950 and for loyalty customers.
  
  However, kindly note that we only provide store pick‑up service for the following areas: Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island. Our Customer Service team will contact you once your order is confirmed.

• What is delivery time for my online order?

  Due to Public Holidays, the delivery leadtime will be extended for 5 working days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

• How can I track my order?

  The tracking number can be found by going to >Follow your order/return or by logging into your account.

• Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

  Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

  No, please make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.
