Personalization Terms and Conditions
Customize your garments with initials, dates, words (maximum 5 letters). The cost for the customization service is 3€.
The texts of personalization can be embroidered only with the Latin alphabet. In the personalized garment you will receive, there may be traces of transparent water-soluble material used for
creating the embroidery. It will be enough a simple washing to remove these traces.
The position of the embroidery displayed on the website is purely indicative, and does not represent an exact
reproduction of the actual manual embroidery.
The following characters can not be inserted in the customization texts: !,?, Etc.
The customized products are made especially for you, so they can not be returned, except for factory
defects.
The return and reimbursement of customized products that have not been picked up at the store after choosing the
shipment at the point of sale is not possible.
